Yajaira Burner is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator for Benchmark Mortgage of Woodstock, Virginia. She enjoys working with Benchmark Mortgage because of the ability to work as a Mortgage Lending Correspondent. Yajaira is able to assist clients with a multitude of options for Purchase or Refinance. The programs include - FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgage, USDA Rural Development, and Conforming and Jumbo Loan programs. These varieties of loan programs allow Yajaira to provide clients with mortgage financing options that are perfectly suited to their individual needs.

Yajaira’s journey in the mortgage industry began 11 years ago, when she moved to the USA. During this time frame, she has been a Processor, Closer, Funder and Loan Officer. Having worked in all facets of the home loan process, you can be confident in her knowledge and skills as your trusted mortgage advisor.

Yajaira was born and raised in Panama City, Republic of Panama. She graduated from Santa Maria La Antigua University where she earned a Juris Doctor Degree and from Pontific Javeriana University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Insurance Law. Yajaira practiced Law in her home country Panama for more than 16 years. She was the founding partner and administrator of her Law Firm. She was also appointed as a Civil Circuit Judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Panama.

Yajaira’s mission is to use her vast resource of lender programs and investors to find the perfect financing options for each of her clients’ unique situation.
